Forest are hepling us by capturing Carbon Dioxide and releasing Oxygen. When they are cut, they release a part of that Carbon Dioxide and therefore there are less trees to capture it back. Fire in the Amazon are common during the dry seaon. Last summer, the fire was raging stronger than ever. And the governement did litle to no effort to solve the solution and save the habitant of the Amazones. This was more a political affair than anything else.
